Roustam has built Roust, the second largest vodka producer in the world and Central and Eastern Europe’s largest integrated spirits beverage company, with distilleries, production facilities and distribution centers spanning Poland, Hungary, Russia and Italy. Roust is also the owner of Gancia, Italy’s original sparkling wine.
Mr. Elabrashy, a seasoned FMCG professional with broad international expertise across Europe, the CIS and Asia, is responsible for Roust Poland’s overall business in Poland. He brings to Roust nearly 20 years of commercial and management experience. Previously, he worked in senior positions at Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola Hellenic, Red Bull and Henkel. Mr. Elabrashy has lived and worked in Poland since 2008, and previously in 2000-2002.
CEO, Global Operations
Ilya joined Russian Standard Vodka in 2007, working first as Chief Operating Officer, then Chief Executive Officer, responsible for strategic planning and daily operations at Russian Standard Vodka in Russia. In 2013 he was appointed CEO of Global Operations, responsible for production at all Roust distilleries across Russia, Poland and Italy. In 2016 Ilya was appointed CEO of Roust Russia, responsible for all aspects of the consolidated Roust business in Russia. A graduate of the Technological Institute of Refrigeration Industry in his native St. Petersburg, Ilya supplemented his education with management courses in Austria, Hungary and the UK.
One of the company’s longest-serving executives, Igor has worked at all Russian Standard’s businesses – in spirits distribution, premium vodka production, consumer banking and insurance – as an adviser and executive. In addition to Roust's investment projects in Russia, Igor oversees government relations for all Russian Standard companies.
Pavel joined Russian Standard Corporation as Chief of Staff in 2009, and was appointed Managing Director in 2013. He is responsible for the key corporate projects of Russian Standard, including mergers and acquisitions and integration, as well as Russian Standard’s finances. He began his career in 2001 working on mergers and acquisitions projects in Russia, and then worked with Boston Consulting Group from 2004 through 2009, focusing on strategy development and corporate restructuring projects for leading banking and telecom companies throughout Russia and Ukraine.
